Job summary

3D Personnel in Angmering is seeking a Telescopic Forklift Driver for a long-term temporary role. You will operate the forklift on a residential/commercial construction site, moving materials, unloading deliveries, and supporting trades and subcontractors with lifts.

Required are a CPCS or NPORS card, valid ID, full PPE, and proven site experience. The role offers weekly payroll and dedicated staff support from the agency. PAYE Umbrella may apply depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid ID/Passport required.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots) required.
• CPCS or NPORS Card required.
• Residential/Commercial construction site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate telescopic forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move building materials around the site.
• Unload deliveries on site and at the site compound.
• Assist trades and subcontractors with lifts and material movement.
• Follow site risk assessments and inspect the forklift daily.
• Coordinate with banksperson and traffic marshal as required.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety on site.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Operating the Forklift in a safe manner
• Move building materials around the site
• Carry out the unloading of deliveries both on site and next to the site compound
• Support trades and subcontractors on with lifts and the moving of their materials
• Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
• Operate the machine in accordance with site risk assessments and regularly check and inspect your allocated machine to ensure its reliability and good appearance
• Co-operate and communicate with all trades, appointed banksperson and the allocated traffic Marshall on site
• Conduct work according to industry health & safety standards

Requirements and experience levels

• - Must be hard working and driven
• - Experience working on a Residential/Commercial construction project
• - Valid ID/Passport
• - Full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots)
• - CPCS or NPORS Card
