Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brierfield. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing Buzz Media Marketing's services, and generating new business opportunities.

Daily tasks include qualifying leads, presenting marketing solutions, handling inbound inquiries, and following up on warm prospects to move them through the sales pipeline. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing call reports, and collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to meet individual and team targets.

The Telesales Specialist will also support client retention by delivering professional customer service, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to handle inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
• Effective Communication skills-both verbal and written to present services clearly, build rapport, and manage negotiations over the phone.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing, ideally within a marketing or related environment.
• Experience delivering or receiving Training related to telesales techniques, product knowledge, or CRM usage to continually improve performance.
• Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to manage time, prioritise call lists, and follow structured sales processes.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets) to track leads and document interactions.
• Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience is highly beneficial; experience
• in marketing services or media is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Brierfield, collaborate with colleagues, and uphold a professional, inclusive approach to clients and team members.
