Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Telesales Operative in Daventry (Office Based). The role is full-time, 08:00–16:00, Mon-Fri, with a temp-to-perm pathway.

You will contact database records about car lease renewals, energy, mobile phones or pesticides, record details in the in-house CRM, and qualify leads before passing them to the Business Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in outbound telesales.
• Experience in a call centre preferred.
• Booking appointments and follow-ups.
• Data cleaning and updating CRM records.
