Global 4 Communications Ltd in Horsham is seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to head up the Business Development Executive division and drive growth across the sales team.

You will recruit, develop and manage BDEs, set targets with the Head of New Business Sales, coach the team, and deliver high-quality service to prospective clients.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching, offering a competitive package and flexible working options in a dynamic UK business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team of outbound calling agents.
• Excellent communication skills within team and on the phone.
• Confident in training including MANTC methodology.
• Ability to motivate using own initiative.
• Self-motivated and hardworking with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in selecting suitable candidates to minimise churn.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing and new BDEs via development plans and coaching.
• Act as player-manager, lead by example with carved-out calling times.
• Provide high-level professional service to prospective clients on the phone.
• Interview and hire new BDEs to support growth.
• Track individual and team performance and report to Head of New Business Sales.
• Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings with BDEs.
• Introduce incentives to exceed targets and boost activity.
• Manage and develop a team of successful sales professionals.
