Job summary

The Big Phone Store in Wolverhampton is seeking a confident Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an outbound, office-based role contacting businesses, introducing our products and services, generating opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.

You’ll spend much of your day speaking to prospective customers, identifying requirements, following up enquiries and helping businesses find cost-effective technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, outbound sales, business development or lead generation.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the telephone.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience with technology, mobile phones or consumer electronics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.
