Job summary

The Big Phone Store in Wolverhampton is seeking a confident, friendly outreach executive for a full-time, onsite role. You’ll be the voice of the brand, making calls to new leads and existing contacts, and using our CRM to track progress.

You’ll build long-term relationships, support marketing with customer insights, and promote services in repairs, recycling, refurbished tech, and parts. Training is provided, with a clear path to a permanent role and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication to establish rapport and guide conversations.
• Organised approach to tracking leads and follow-ups in CRM.
• People-person with ability to build trust and nurture relationships.
• Self-motivated and reliable for a full-time onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Make calls (cold & warm) to businesses and individuals.
• Use CRM to track leads and follow up.
• Check in with contacts regularly, even if they don’t need us right away.
• Talk about services (repairs, recycling, refurbished tech, parts).
• Build long-term relationships to keep The Big Phone Store top of mind.
• Support the marketing team with customer insights.
