Social Network Role: Telesales Executive

Location: Leeds

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 OTE

The Opportunity

The Role

The core of this role is telesales, including booking appointments, engaging with customers, and providing accurate information. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain knowledge of products and industry developments
  • Attend sales meetings to discuss pipeline and opportunities
  • Assist colleagues with arranging meetings and calls
  • Follow up inquiries via the website
  • Conduct feedback calls after appointments
  • Update CRM with opportunities and outcomes
