Telesales Executive

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Commission
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm

Your Role in the Band:

  • Connect with schools over the phone, showcasing how iRock changes lives through music.
  • Generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships, and guide schools through the telesales journey.
  • Research potential clients, build a solid sales pipeline, and secure school assembly appointments for our field team.
  • Represent iRock at conferences (as needed), sharing our story and expanding our brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure schools receive exceptional support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

  • Experience in telesales (education sector experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and a natural talent for building rapport over the phone.
