The Role:

We’re seeking a proactive individual to fill the role of Telesales Executive. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with clients over the phone, providing insights and information about our CFD instruments. Your focus will be on establishing meaningful connections, understanding clients’ investment and educational needs, and offering personalized education to help them navigate the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email to build trust and understand their investment and education objectives.
  2. Product Education: Provide information about our CFD instruments and educational services, including advantages and risks, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
  3. Platform Assistance: Guide clients through our trading platform, supporting account setup, technical features, and available resources to enhance their trading experience.
  4. Relationship Management: Foster relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and presenting market analysis to support clients’ investment journeys.
  5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and follow established regulations during client interactions.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes through training and professional development to enhance expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in sales, telesales, or financial services.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills focused on building trust and rapport.
  3. Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze client needs.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and exceed performance targets.
  5. Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant computer applications.
