Job summary

Premier Work Support is seeking a self-motivated Telesales Account Executive to join a small internal sales team on a permanent basis. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and promote products to the customer base, with uncapped commission and additional incentives.

Full product training will be provided; previous telesales or sales experience, strong customer focus, and excellent communication are essential to hit sales targets in this busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous office-based telesales or sales experience.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work to set targets.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to an existing customer base.
• Take and process customer orders onto the system.
• Make cold outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company and its products.
