Job summary

Premier Work Support is seeking a Telesales Account Executive in Essex to join a small internal sales team on a permanent basis. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products, and build your own client base.

The role offers uncapped commission and incentives, on-site parking, and 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Hours are 9:10am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch.

Job description

Our Client is looking for a self-motivated individual with previous telesales experience to join their small internal sales team as a Telesales Account Executive on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working to set sales targets along with an excellent telephone manner and the drive to succeed in this busy and fun environment.

Working as part of a small team you will answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to an existing customer base, taking and processing customer orders onto the system. You will also be making cold outbound calls to prospective customers in order to promote the company and its products on offer whilst building and nurturing your own client base.

Full one to one product training will be provided. All you will need is previous office based telesales or sales experience, a strong customer focus, excellent communication and people skills along with the motivation to work to and achieve your sales targets.
