Salary:

£24,000 - £26,000 per year

Description:

As a proactive and results-driven Telephone Sales Consultant, your role involves understanding customer motivations, providing premium service through inbound and outbound calls, and connecting clients with our panel of financial services.

Working Hours:

• 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times and one WFH day after probation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls
• Provide solutions aligned with customer objectives
• Maintain workflow and update CRM accurately
• Adhere to OFCOM standards and TCF
• Achieve KPIs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Desirable: RO1 / CMAP / DIPFA or higher
• Essential: Target-driven sales experience; financial sector experience is a plus
