Job summary

Babcock invites applications for Telematics Solutions Lead at our Andover site. This full-time hybrid role anchors the LIOS transformation to modernise telematics, digital asset management and data-driven maintenance supporting national security and fleet readiness.

You will define deployment, partner with stakeholders, and develop strategic roadmaps while working across technical, operational and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation in Asset Management, Engineering, Project Management or Systems Engineering desirable.
• Knowledge of asset management frameworks incl. ISO 55000 – desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define deployment of telematics and connected asset technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve availability and maintenance via data.
• Shape future asset management and fleet support operating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements.
• Produce strategic recommendations, roadmaps and designs.
