Job summary

Babcock is recruiting an Integrated Readiness Solution Lead in Andover, Hampshire. The role focuses on joining asset management, logistics, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain to support the British Army of the future within the LIOS programme.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape strategic solutions with MoD stakeholders, and develop transformation roadmaps and operating models for end-to-end readiness. This is a hybrid, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design and delivery of complex operating models, transformation programmes or integrated support solutions.
• Expertise across asset management, engineering support, logistics, maintenance, supply chain or operational readiness environments.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building alignment across customer, operational, technical and commercial communities.
• A track record of developing future-state strategies, transformation roadmaps and performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within defence, aerospace, engineering or other asset-intensive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the future integrated readiness operating model across engineering, logistics, maintenance and supply chain.
• Engage with senior MoD, military and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and shape strategic solutions.
• Identify capability gaps and transformation priorities to support readiness objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional programme teams to deliver end-to-end support within LIOS.
• Develop operating model designs, transformation roadmaps, business cases and strategic proposals.
