Babcock is seeking a Telematics Solutions Lead at our Andover site, offering hybrid working and a chance to influence national security technology.
You will lead the LIOS transformation, defining how telematics and connected assets are deployed, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver roadmaps, designs and data-driven maintenance solutions for improved asset availability and operational readiness across the Army fleet.

As aTelematics Solutions Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You'll play a strategically significant role within the LIOS (Land Integrated Operating Services) transformation programme, helping to redefine how military assets are monitored, managed and supported across the future Army fleet. This is a unique opportunity to influence the development of cutting‑edge telematics, connected asset technologies and data‑driven maintenance solutions that will improve asset availability, operational readiness and decision‑making on a national scale.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
