Job summary

Babcock is seeking an Integrated Readiness Solution Lead to join the LIOS programme at Salisbury with hybrid working. You will lead the future integrated readiness operating model across engineering, logistics, maintenance and supply chain to support the British Army.

The role requires experience delivering complex operating models, strong stakeholder engagement with MoD and military, and a track record of transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design and delivery of complex operating models or transformation programmes.
• Expertise across asset management, engineering support, logistics, maintenance, supply chain or readiness.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building alignment across communities.
• Track record of developing future-state strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in defence or asset-intensive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the future integrated readiness operating model across functions.
• Engage MoD and military stakeholders to shape strategic solutions.
• Identify capability gaps and transformation priorities for readiness objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end LIOS support proposition.
• Develop operating model designs, roadmaps, business cases and proposals.
