  • Conduct regular 1‑2‑1 coaching sessions and team meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless sales process.

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of circa 20-25 Telemarketing Advisors.

  • Ensure the quality and qualification of all appointments set for field sales reps.
  • Conduct regular 1‑2‑1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support a seamless sales process and outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience managing remote telesales/telemarketing teams in a high‑paced environment.

  • Experience in Payment Solutions is advantageous, but not essential.
