Job summary

FT Engineers in Newbury is seeking a confident Telemarketer/Appointment Maker to join our team. You will contact prospective customers, introduce our services and book qualified appointments for the sales team.

We offer a friendly, supportive environment with full training, progression opportunities, and performance-based bonuses. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm, on-site in Newbury.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

• Previous telemarketing, appointment-setting, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
