Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Telehandler for an on-site role in Crowborough. You will manage material movement, loads, and equipment checks to support ongoing construction at a high-end regional development.

A valid CPCS blue card or NPORS CSCS ticket is required, with a minimum of three years’ Telehandler experience in similar environments. You will work as part of a site team, reporting to the on-site supervisor.

Qualificações

• Current CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS card.
• 3+ years of Telehandler experience on construction sites.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain production schedule copies daily and transport materials around site.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles such as trucks.
• Move goods on pallets or crates to designated areas.
• Check loads are secure for transport.
• Stack empty pallets when needed.
• Perform daily equipment checks (e.g., battery charging, lubrication).
• Remove machine attachments and waste material as required.

The company:

A well-established regional developer who builds between 30-50 units with a focus on high-end.

The role:

As the Telehandler on site, you will be responsible for the following:

• Obtain copies of production schedule daily and transport materials to and from designated areas on site.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates.
• Checking loads are secure.
• Stacking empty pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment.
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines

About you:

• Working knowledge of site health & safety procedures would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Strong work ethic in a team.
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• You will need a current and valid CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS experienced driver ticket.
• A minimum of 3 years+ experience operating a Telehandler in the same environment.
