Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Lenham area is seeking an experienced Telehandler for ongoing site work. You must hold a valid CPCS blue card or NPORS CSCS ticket and have 3+ years operating a Telehandler.

On-site duties include obtaining production schedules, transporting materials, loading and unloading from trucks, moving pallets, stacking pallets, checking loads are secure, and performing daily equipment checks. This is a temporary full-time role paying about £20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS ticket.
• Minimum of 3 years+ Telehandler experience in similar construction environments.

• Obtain copies of production schedule daily and transport materials to and from designated areas on site.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks.
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates.
• Checking loads are secure.
• Stacking empty pallets.
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment.
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines.

The company:

A well-established regional developer who builds between 30-50 units with a focus on high-end.

The role:

As the Telehandler on site, you will be responsible for the following:

About you:

• Working knowledge of site health & safety procedures would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Strong work ethic in a team.
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.

• You will need a current and valid CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS experienced driver ticket.
• A minimum of 3 years+ experience operating a Telehandler in the same environment.
