Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is recruiting a Telehandler for a high-end residential construction project in Bordon. You will be responsible for transporting materials, loading and unloading deliveries, and ensuring loads are secure while supporting on-site logistics.

The role requires a valid CPCS blue card or NPORS CSCS, at least 3 years of Telehandler experience, and a strong team-working ethic. The six-month temporary contract may lead to extension.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS blue card or NPORS CSCS ticket required.
• Minimum 3 years’ Telehandler experience on similar sites.
• Site health & safety procedures knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to designated areas on site according to production schedule.
• Load and unload goods from trucks.
• Move goods on pallets or crates as required.
• Check loads are secure.
• Stack empty pallets.
• Perform daily equipment checks (battery recharge, lubrication).
• Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines.

Job description

Do currently work in Construction? Are you a Telehandler currently looking for work? Do you hold a valid CPCS/NPORS CSCS card? If the answers are yes, we have roles opening with a reputable Construction company in the Bordon area.

• Location: Bordon
• Contract type: Temporary (Full time)
• Duration: 6 months

The company:

A well-established regional developer whose focus is on the high-end residential sector with each scheme typically ranging from 20-30 units.

The role:

As the Telehandler on site, you will be responsible for the following:

• Obtain copies of production schedule daily and transport materials to and from designated areas on site.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates.
• Checking loads are secure.
• Stacking empty pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment.
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines

About you:

• Working knowledge of site health & safety procedures would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Strong work ethic in a team.
• Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• You will need a current and valid CPCS (blue) card or NPORS CSCS experienced driver ticket.
• A minimum of 3 years+ experience operating a Telehandler in the same environment.
