Technology Powered Services (TPS) is expanding its Cellular Infrastructure division in the UK, delivering complex connectivity projects. This role ensures each site visit is booked, resourced, and documented before teams depart, coordinating access, schedules and RAMS.

Strong organization, communication and Excel proficiency are essential. You will work on live mobile network programmes, optimize site operations and contribute to division growth as it scales, with a focus on accuracy and process

Formación

• Experience with scheduling, coordination, or operational administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and shared systems.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange site access with landlords, site providers and clients via portals, email or phone.
• Build daily and weekly schedules and allocate teams with required skills and tickets.
• Prepare RAMS from approved templates and track permits/approvals.
• Coordinate keys, escorts, inductions and site restrictions.
• Reschedule visits and escalate access risks quickly.
• Keep trackers and client systems accurate.
