Job summary

Technology Powered Services (TPS) is a fast-growing UK infrastructure and technology business delivering complex connectivity and projects nationwide. This role sits in the Cellular Infrastructure division, shaping how it scales as it grows.

You will plan, run and close out mobile site builds, keeping sites safe, on time, on budget and ready for customer acceptance. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mobile telecoms builds from mobilisation to handover.
• Knowledge of CDM, RAMS, permits and construction safety.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Commercial awareness of budgets, cost control and variations.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Own site delivery from build readiness through to completion and handover.
• Review designs and visit sites to resolve constructability and access issues.
• Plan labour, subcontractors, materials, permits and outages.
• Coordinate RAMS and CDM compliance, and stop unsafe work.
• Build site budgets, manage costs and variations, report progress and risks.
• Ensure complete handover packs on closeout.
