Job summary

Flotek Group in Bridgend/Swansea is seeking a Telecoms Projects Co-ordinator to manage telecoms projects, provisioning, number porting, hardware orders and engineering scheduling. Role is permanent, full-time, with typical Mon-Fri hours.

You will liaise with suppliers, track progress and keep customers updated, ensuring a high standard of service. The successful candidate will have telecoms delivery experience, strong organisation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Telecoms project delivery would be a benefit.
• Provisioning experience in Telecoms would be an advantage.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Previous use of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects from sales-provided requirements.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings with sales, engineering and customers.
• Order services and hardware from suppliers.
• Place provisioning orders (broadband, hosted telephony, mobiles).
• Manage number ports and engineer scheduling for site visits.
• Provide clear handover and documentation to client and support teams.
• Deliver world-class service consistently.

Salary: GBP28000 - GBP30000 per annum

Job Title: Telecoms Projects Co-ordinator

Location: Swansea or Bridgend

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 6pm (8.5 hour day / 42.5 hours in between these times)

The role:

We are looking for a technical projects co-ordinator to join our team to assist with the delivery of Telecoms projects to our ever expanding customer base.

You will be responsible for planning and managing all types of Telecoms related projects whilst handling the administrative tasks such as provisioning, number porting, hardware orders, suppliers and scheduling engineering diaries.

We are open to the right candidate being based at either our Bridgend or Swansea office.

Responsibilities:

• Planning projects that have been received from the sales team
• Facilitating and holding initial kick off meetings with sales, engineering and the customer
• Ordering services from suppliers
• Ordering hardware from suppliers
• Placing provisioning orders for things such as broadband, hosted telephony and mobiles
• Placing and managing number ports
• Scheduling engineers to attend site for installation and training
• Consistently updating customers on the progress of their orders
• Booking in stock and managing stock including running stock takes
• Provide documentation and a clear handover to both the client and the support teams.
• Responsible for always delivering world-class service.
