Job Purpose

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers' premises for clients such as TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities

• Complete work to quality standards as per Qube and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
• Follow company fleet policies and health & safety regulations
• Operate tools safely and comply with environmental regulations
• Adhere to Circet UK Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation
