Job Purpose (including but not limited to):

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
• Carry out repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on the services installed and ensure all services operate to their satisfaction
• Work efficiently while maintaining consideration, a clean environment, and high customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
• Continuously develop your professional skills through timely completion of training requirements
• Comply with company fleet policy
• Follow current health and safety regulations, including the H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
• Operate tools safely and ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
• Ensure compliance with Circet UK Data Protection Policies, the Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation
