Job Purpose

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customer premises for clients like TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services

Responsibilities

• Complete work to quality standards and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service excellence
• Respond effectively to customer requests
• Complete necessary training timely
• Comply with company policies, health and safety, and environmental regulations
• Ensure safe operation of tools and data protection compliance
