Job Purpose:

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize internet speed at customer premises for clients including TalkTalk and BT
• Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services

Responsibilities:

• Complete all work to quality standards as per company and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work efficiently, maintain a clean environment, and ensure excellent customer service
• Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
• Complete necessary training to develop professional skills
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Operate tools safely and ensure compliance with data protection policies
