Qualifications

• ONC qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience working on telecommunications networks and infrastructure.
• Strong fault-finding, maintenance and repair skills across core technologies.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and with internal teams, contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of telecoms network infrastructure and equipment.
• Fault diagnosis and network restoration to agreed targets.
• Manage operational and service delivery projects, including resource planning and change control.
• Provide day-to-day support and mentorship as required; promote cross-team collaboration.
