Adecco is recruiting a Telecare & Telehealth Assessor to support vulnerable adults across Wolverhampton by installing and maintaining specialist personal alarm equipment in their homes. Using a Council vehicle, you will travel throughout Wolverhampton visiting customers to assess needs, install equipment, provide demonstrations, and ensure systems work effectively.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, technical aptitude, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Needs technical aptitude for field-based work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in customers' homes.
• Comfortable using iPads, laptops and digital systems.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers in their homes across Wolverhampton to assess needs and install equipment.
• Install, maintain, service, and troubleshoot telecare and telehealth equipment.
• Demonstrate equipment usage to customers, families and carers.
• Respond to equipment faults and carry out repairs or replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure equipment meets customers' needs.
• Maintain accurate records using iPads, laptops and service management systems.
• Work closely with customers, carers, health professionals and partner agencies.
• Support recycling, collection, cleaning and refurbishment of returned equipment.
• Promote assistive technology and independent living solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety, data protection and service standards.
