Jobsworth Recruitment is hiring a Telecare Technician to join a field service team in Wolverhampton. You will visit customers at home to install, test and maintain telecare and assistive technology equipment, with full training provided.

The role suits hands-on, customer-focused individuals who can troubleshoot, explain equipment use and keep accurate records while working independently in the field. prior field service experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults, perform basic repairs and replace equipment as needed.
• Explain how equipment works and provide clear instructions to customers and carers.
• Carry out routine checks and follow-up visits to ensure equipment remains suitable.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs and customer visits.
• Manage equipment stock and ensure returned equipment is cleaned and processed correctly.
• Deliver a professional, friendly service while helping people maintain independence and safety.

We're Hiring: Telecare Technician / Field Service Technician

TEMP until the end of the year

Jobsworth Recruitment is looking for a hands‑on, practical and customer‑focused Field Technician to join a service supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in field service, maintenance, installations, electrical equipment or technical support. Full training will be provided, so experience with telecare equipment is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to install, test and maintain telecare and assistive technology equipment.
• Diagnose faults, carry out basic repairs and replace equipment where necessary.
