Job summary

MTrec Recruitment is seeking an Outbound Market Researcher to join a client on a full-time, temporary basis. You will contact the public to complete surveys and strive to meet daily and weekly targets while ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

You will handle outbound calls professionally, capture accurate data for surveys, and follow safeguarding and process policies. This role is office-based with potential for overtime.
