Flexibility is important; the role includes driving to accompany activities, DBS enhanced clearance, and a collaborative approach with the family to match hours to needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support is preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to swim is required.
• Excellent communication with client and family.
