Rate of Pay: £13.43 per hour

Area: South Shields

Opportunity to support a 23-year-old young man who has Down Syndrome, Autism and learning disabilities. He is a very loving young man who is close with his family. He lives in his own home, where he currently receives 24-hour, round-the-clock care and support from a small dedicated team. We are looking for a kind, caring, patient and reliable female Support Worker/Carer to join a small, friendly team providing care and support. All requirements and further information will be discussed at interview.
