Leeds Building Society is seeking a senior technology leader to shape the technology foundations of its future. You will set the strategy for Azure cloud, networks, hosting, infrastructure and colleague systems, and lead the transition of Core platforms into Shared Services.

You will balance risk, cost and performance, drive modern engineering practices including infrastructure as code and DevOps, and empower teams through hybrid working, self‑service and new skills.

Qualificações

• A track record as a senior technology leader transforming a technology function.
• Experience defining operating models, ways of working, and organisational structures.
• Strong communication with C-suite and ability to articulate a clear strategy.
• Deep expertise in Azure cloud, networks, hosting and infrastructure.
• Experience with core platforms, DevOps, and automation.
• Proven budget and supplier management in large organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy for Azure cloud, networks, hosting, infrastructure and colleague systems.
• Lead transition of Core platforms into Shared Services and modernise operations.
• Balance cost, risk and performance while enabling hybrid working and self-service.
• Own mission-critical suppliers and outsourced services to ensure value for money.
• Ensure security, resilience and regulatory compliance through change.
