Job summary
L&C Mortgages is seeking an exceptional Director of Technology Services to lead the technology services, platforms and operations that power our growth in the UK. You will shape the future of our technology estate and nurture high-performing teams across service operations, platform engineering and workplace technology.
You will drive cloud and platform modernisation, champion DevOps and automation, manage suppliers and govern risk, ensuring secure, resilient and scalable services for colleagues
Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in technology services or infrastructure.
- Proven success in cloud, platform engineering or technology operations.
- Strong understanding of modern operating models and DevOps practices.
- Experience driving service improvement and transformational initiatives.
- Supplier management and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the Technology Services strategy.
- Lead teams across service management, platform engineering and workplace technology.
- Drive cloud, infrastructure and platform modernisation initiatives.
- Champion DevOps and automation excellence.
