Leeds Building Society is seeking a senior technology leader to head Core Banking Platforms. You will shape the platform strategy, drive the transformation journey and oversee cloud services, APIs and release processes to deliver stable, scalable banking services for members.

You will inspire internal and external teams, translate complex tech issues into business decisions, and ensure delivery on time within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading core banking platform transformations.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with cloud migration and multi-vendor ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the platform strategy and roadmap for core banking.
• Oversee cloud services, software components and release processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, delivery partners and stakeholders to reduce technical debt.
