As part of a growing IT and Business Change function, we're looking for a Technology Training & Change Specialist to play a key role in ensuring employees successfully adopt new technologies, systems and ways of working.

Working across a range of technology and business change projects, you'll lead the design and delivery of training solutions that enable successful adoption of new systems and processes.
You'll be responsible for creating engaging learning content, delivering training sessions and developing innovative approaches to learning that support a diverse workforce.
We're looking for someone who combines strong training expertise with a passion for technology and change.
You'll likely have experience in a role such as IT Trainer, Digital Learning Specialist, Learning Consultant, Change Trainer, Technology Adoption Specialist or similar.
