Job summary

BIMM University is seeking a Technology Systems & Support Engineer to deliver high-quality tech services for learning, teaching and operations across campuses in the UK. You will provide onsite and remote assistance, maintain systems, and contribute to technology initiatives to improve user experience.

The role spans across end-user devices, Microsoft 365, teaching spaces and collaboration tools. Candidates should have strong IT support experience and a proactive, user-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology support or desktop/systems support.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and OS.
• Customer-focused support in a busy environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tech.
• Experience supporting classroom, AV or collaboration tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support to colleagues and students.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents via IT service management platform to resolution or escalation.
• Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Ensure classrooms and meeting spaces are ready for use with tech.
