Job summary

BIMM University is seeking a Head of Technology Services and Support to lead the delivery and evolution of technology support across its UK campuses. Based at a BIMM campus, you will shape how students and staff interact with technology, combining strategic leadership with operational oversight to ensure accessible and effective support across teaching, learning and business operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading IT support or service delivery.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and fostering quality and accountability.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned service management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Services & Support across BIMM University to ensure high-quality, consistent experiences across campuses.
• Provide direction, coaching and support to managers and specialist teams.
• Oversee service performance, governance, prioritisation and escalation routes.
• Develop and embed a modern support model balancing remote, regional on-site, and specialist expertise.
• Ensure teaching spaces, classroom technology and end-user devices meet academic needs and reliability requirements.
• Use data and feedback to identify challenges and inform decisions.
• Drive digital adoption, automation and AI-enabled services to improve accessibility and efficiency.
• Represent technology strategy and contribute to investment decisions and organisational change.
