Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Technology Strategy Manager within Global Technology COO Office to shape and execute high-impact transformation programs across the Cyber portfolio, including Privileged Access Management and Resiliency.

The role partners with senior executives to drive strategic technology initiatives. You will structure complex problems, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences while building strong relationships with business leaders

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience with a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm, internal consulting/corporate strategy, or technology strategy team.
• 5+ years of experience working on large-scale technology transformation initiatives in a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills (oral and written), with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems using analytical tools.
• High proficiency with PowerPoint for executive documents and Excel-based models for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute JP Morgan’s critical technology transformation initiatives.
• Drive delivery of high-impact programs aligned with strategic objectives, especially across Cyber portfolio.
• Collaborate across teams and senior leaders to ensure successful execution of complex projects.
• Communicate clearly to executive audiences, build stakeholder alignment, and maintain relationships.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and risk, and lead cross-functional working groups.
