Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager in Global Technology COO Office to shape and execute critical technology transformation initiatives, with a focus on the Cyber portfolio such as Privileged Access Management and Resiliency.

You will work across senior leaders to drive high-value programs aligned with strategic objectives. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, risk management, and delivering complex projects in a global financial services

Qualifications

• Significant consulting or internal strategy experience with cross-functional impact.
• Excellent client management and executive communication skills.
• Strong ability to structure, scope, and solve complex business/tech problems.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• High proficiency with PowerPoint for executive-level documents and Excel models for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Shape the transformation agenda in partnership with senior executives and business leaders.
• Demonstrate leadership and drive results in fast-paced environments.
• Structure complex problems and apply analytical tools to develop solutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase business value and drive risk reduction.
• Build stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Communicate clearly to non-technical audiences and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Lead cross-functional working groups and track KPIs for program success.
