Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited in London is seeking a Head of People to partner with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders. This pivotal role combines strategic people planning with organisational design and capability building across People, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Services.

Hybrid working between the London Head Office and home, a permanent full-time contract, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private healthcare, and an up to 65% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Senior HR or People Partner in a complex commercial organisation.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and challenging decisions.
• Proven ability to create and deliver strategic people plans linked to outcomes.
• Experience leading people elements of change, transformation or organisation design.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent with evidence using data in recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic people partner to the Chief People Officer, General Legal Counsel & Company Secretary, Corporate Affairs Director.
• Provide insight, challenge and guidance across leadership, talent and culture.
• Lead people transformation, organisation design, succession and development plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into delivery.
• Lead a People Partner at C4 level.
