Rare opening in this highly regarded team for an ambitious technology/outsourcing lawyer to work on a varied caseload including IT and BPO outsourcings, IT transformation, digital, data protection, and commercial contracts across a range of sectors. Clients include major global technology and digital companies, global technology suppliers, retailers, media organizations, insurers, brokers, and start-ups across all sectors.
Your new role
You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of work, but your primary focus will be leading and supporting on commercial contracts, outsourcing (whether BPO, IT, or otherwise), and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing, systems development/integration, and digital transformation) across sectors, especially in retail & consumer, business support services, and fintech sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a 2+ PQE lawyer with relevant expertise in commercial contracts, technology, and outsourcing, possessing excellent technical skills and a commercial approach to negotiations and issue resolution. Experience in supply of goods and/or services (B2B and B2C), agency, distribution, joint ventures, collaboration agreements, payment service agreements, data protection, and AI would be advantageous.
