Your new firm
Rare opening in this highly regarded team for an ambitious technology/outsourcing lawyer to work on a varied caseload including IT and BPO outsourcings, IT transformation, digital, data protection and complex commercial contracts across a range of sectors. Clients include major global technology and digital companies, global technology suppliers, retailers and media organisations, insurers and broker clients and start-ups across all sectors.

Your new role
You will typically have an opportunity to be involved in a wide selection of work, but your primary role will be leading and supporting on commercial contracts, outsourcing (whether BPO, IT or otherwise) and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing, systems development/integration and digital transformation) across sectors, with a particular focus on contracts and negotiations in the context of the retail & consumer, business support services and fintech sectors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a 2+PQE lawyer with relevant expertise in commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing and an excellent technical lawyer, with a commercial approach to negotiations and resolving issues. Any experience of supply of goods and/or services (B2B and B2C), agency, distribution, joint ventures and collaboration agreements, payment service agreements, data protection and AI would be beneficial.
