Job summary

Intec Select is seeking a Technology Business Manager for a leading global financial institution in London. The role sits in the Office of the COO within Technology, supporting day-to-day operations and strategic priorities in a hybrid London environment.

You will coordinate initiatives across Technology, act as a liaison with business stakeholders, and produce executive reporting, dashboards and MI to drive decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager, Business Analyst, Chief of Staff, Strategy Manager or similar within a large organisation, ideally Technology or Financial Services.
• Strong business management, project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing executive reporting, presentations and MI.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly.
• Strong understanding of Technology operations and business support functions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work across multiple priorities.
• Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.
• Experience supporting a Technology COO or Technology leadership team.
• Exposure to AI, innovation or digital transformation.
• Experience with culture, engagement or diversity programmes.
• Understanding of governance, cost management or operating models within Technology.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technology COO with day-to-day operations and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate operational, transformation and strategic initiatives across Technology.
• Act as a key liaison between Technology and business stakeholders.
• Produce executive reporting, MI packs, dashboards, presentations and briefing materials.
• Support AI, innovation and wider technology initiatives.
• Identify operational efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Technology governance, operating model and change initiatives.
• Track key priorities, actions and deliverables for senior stakeholders.
• Support leadership meetings, planning cycles, town halls and Technology engagement activities.
• Support culture, diversity and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with HR and senior stakeholders on graduate, women in technology and engagement programmes.
