Job summary

Intec Select is recruiting a Vice President – Technology Business Manager for a leading global financial institution in London. This hybrid role reports to the Office of the Technology COO and focuses on operational excellence, strategic execution, and transformation across the Technology function.

You will shape the future operating model, optimise workforce and cost strategies, and strengthen engagement with the wider business, leveraging strong stakeholder management and AI/innovation

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Technology COO/Technology Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services within a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to execute technology strategy and drive organisational transformation.
• Proven capability in workforce planning, capacity management, and cost optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Technology COO to deliver strategic priorities across the Technology function.
• Lead performance management through KPIs and executive reporting.
• Drive workforce planning, design organisation structure, and headcount strategy.
• Lead cost optimisation initiatives across workforce, vendors, and operating models.
• Support delivery of technology strategy, transformation programmes and organisational change.
• Strengthen governance and operating model efficiency across global technology organisations.
