Job summary

Consult in Greater London seeks an experienced Interim Head of Technology to provide strategic and operational leadership across the technology function, reporting to senior leadership. You will lead a technology team of around 14 people and oversee technology infrastructure, business systems, cyber security, architecture, service delivery, suppliers and technology governance.

You will work with the Head of Digital and Head of Data & Insight to develop an integrated Technology, Digital and Data

Qualifications

• Senior technology leader with proven ability to lead technology, digital or information systems functions.
• Experience developing and delivering technology strategies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Experience in charity or not-for-profit sectors.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organisation's technology strategy.
• Lead technology operations, infrastructure, business systems and service delivery.
• Lead and develop the technology team.
• Provide strategic technology advice to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee technology architecture, applications and systems integration.
• Drive service improvement and operational performance.
• Ensure appropriate cyber security, governance, risk and resilience.
• Manage technology suppliers and outsourced services.
• Support digital transformation, automation, AI and emerging technology initiatives.
• Ensure technology services are secure, resilient, scalable and fit for purpose.
• Support organisation-wide transformation and business improvement.
