What you'll do

Drive decision-making and alignment through facilitation of forums, ensuring efficiency and value. Design, plan, and lead the technology communications strategy to meet the needs of the leadership team and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing the technology organization for forums and quarterly sessions, coordinating content across stakeholders to ensure value.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement of operating processes to reduce burdens.
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders to ensure content relevance and value.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders across various business domains and the wider group.
  • Ensuring alignment of work across technology programs and initiatives supporting the technology vision and roadmap.
The skills you'll need

We're seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator skilled at supporting executives and senior leaders. You should have:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing presentations for senior audiences.
  • Ability to gather information from multiple sources and present it effectively.
