What you'll do

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator that will drive decision-making and alignment through facilitation of the continual forums, ensuring efficiency and value.

It’s a highly collaborative role that will need you to design, plan, and lead on the technology communications strategy which meets the needs of the leadership team and its internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll also be:

  • Ensuring the technology organisation is prepared ahead of the various forums, and quarterly prioritisation sessions, coordinating across various stakeholders and ensuring content drives value.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement through collaboration, to improve the operating processes, with a view to reduce the burden for everyone.
  • Seeking regular feedback from various stakeholders and meeting attendees to ensure the content is relevant and valuable to the audience at hand.
  • Building, managing, and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders across multiple business domains within the immediate organisation as well as the wider NatWest Group.
  • Maintaining close relationships between other technology key programmes that are underway as well as other bodies within the organisation, to ensure that all work across technology supports each other and aligns with the technology vision and roadmap.
The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you’ll ideally be an experienced Operations Coordinator who is adept at working with and supporting executives and senior leaders.

You'll also need:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing presentations for consumption by a wide range of audiences up to senior executives.
  • The ability to gather information from a range of sources and present it effectively.
  • An understanding of technology operating rhythms and platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
